The Nurturing Programme helps deal with those challenges so you have a calmer, happier family life.  The programme helps us think about what we do, why we do it and how it makes us feel.

Over the 10-week Programme, you will look at lots of different topics including:

INCREDIBLE YEARS

TODDLER - Exciting 13 week programme designed to offer parents of children aged 1-3 years an opportunity to develop their parenting skills. The programme promotes positive relationships with toddlers, toddlers language, toddlers social and emotional confidence, discipline and handling misbehaviour.

Incredible Babies

All parents with babies up to 1 year. This 8-week programme promotes your babies, social, emotional and language development.
